Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year is approaching which means a 12 day holiday for us. Woo Hoo. No travel plans though, as flights are very expensive. I plan to do some hiking and shopping, while B hopes to paraglide a bit.
I am learning lots about the holiday as I have to teach my kids about it. I always thought I was born in the year of the Monkey, according to Chinese Astrology. Turns out that my birthday was before Chinese New Year that year, so I am actually a sheep. No wonder none of my fortunes have been accurate... I have been predicting them wrong.
